Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Sidewalk Distribution online purchase, you may return the goods within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Product must be returned unused in its original packaging.
- You will be credited for the purchase, less outbound freight.
Returns
Sidewalk Distribution will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging are in their original condition with the original tag attached.
Refunds and exchanges are not available on free promotional or sale items. Refunds and exchanges can be made 14 days from the date of purchase.
Return shipping for defective items is covered by sidewalkdistribution.com. Non-defective items are returned at the customer's expense; for those returns we recommend a tracked shipping service, as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment (other than when returning defective merchandise), and as such, you are advised to obtain appropriate insurance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer exchanges for items purchased through our online store, only returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days as deemed by your financial provider.
