Processing and order updates

Orders are fulfilled within 3 business days of being placed. You will receive an order acknowledgment email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when it ships. You will also receive a notice when your order is out for delivery and a final notice when it has been delivered.

 

Shipping methods and rates

Shipping is paid by the customer unless a special promotion or free-shipping offer applies. You choose your shipping method at checkout (ground or air), and the available options and exact rates for your order are shown at checkout. Current standard options include Economy (5-8 business days) and Standard (3-4 business days), with free Economy shipping on orders of $50.00 or more. Delivery times are carrier estimates in business days and begin when your order ships.

Return shipping

Return shipping for defective items is covered by sidewalkdistribution.com. Non-defective items are returned at the customer's expense. Contact us before sending any return so we can issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) - see our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
